What to Expect
What is the Process of Becoming a ThoughtLinks Advisor?
The process starts with filling out this application form on our website. Candidates that qualify will be invited for an interview. If you are selected at this stage, you will get a letter of acceptance. If a client engagement matches your area of expertise, our engagement leads will reach out to you.
Prior to an accepted assignment, an independent contractor agreement must be in place between you and ThoughtLinks which upholds each advisor to the highest standards of professional conduct including provisions for compliance and confidentiality. Background checks will be conducted, and you may be required to attest on any restrictive covenants that would prevent your dutiful engagement with the client.
Is ThoughtLinks Hiring?
ThoughtLinks is currently on-boarding new advisors. ThoughtLinks is not full-time employment. We are a network-based platform for onboarding seasoned executives, leading practitioners and thought leaders to work as centrally managed teams for prospective clients. It is not full-time employment. Advisory teams are curated on an “as needed” basis when a client’s need matches their expertise.
